Sophos Firewall – End of Sale
In this category, you’ll find Sophos firewalls that have officially reached End-of-Sale status. These models are no longer available as new devices but are still used in many organizations. Our overview directs you to the appropriate licenses and services so your existing systems continue to receive the latest security updates.
For new projects, we recommend the current Sophos Wi-Fi Access Point products. We are happy to support your migration to a modern solution while ensuring your existing installations remain protected with the right licenses and support services.
The Sophos APX 120 access point with 2x2:2 MU-MIMO can be used flexibly in low- or medium-density environments - with different end devices, from smartphones to laptops. The access point is capable of broadcasting a 5GHz Wifi over both radios. The device has internal antennas. Two dual-band antennas for 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
Thanks to the Wave 2 standard, the access point is more than twice as fast as the Sophos AP 15 with up to 867 gigabits per second.
Power can be supplied either via a power supply unit or via PoE (Power over Ethernet). The device requires up to 11.5 watts of power.
You can conveniently manage the devices via Sophos Central Wireless. Since November 2018, you can also manage the new access points via the Sophox XG series firewalls. Support for the SG series has been available since UTM 9.7, which was released at the end of September 2019.

The Sophos APX 320 access point with 2x2:2 MU-MIMO can be used flexibly in low or medium density environments - with different end devices, from smartphones to laptops. The access point is capable of broadcasting a 5GHz Wifi over both radios. The device has internal antennas. Two dual-band antennas for 2.4GHz or 5GHz and two 5GHz antennas. Another antenna provides support for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
Thanks to the Wave 2 standard, the access point is twice as fast as the Sophos AP55 with up to 1.7 gigabits per second.

The AP 320X is the outdoor access point from Sophos and offers you the best conditions for outdoor use thanks to its IP67 certification.
The Sophos access points are very easy to integrate into your IT infrastructure. Multiple wireless access points are ready for use within a few minutes thanks to the automatic setup and configuration. The access points are simply connected and immediately appear automatically in the Sophos UTM user interface. Afterwards, the access points are activated in the console and start operating after a few seconds. The devices are an ideal solution when it comes to setting up several separate Wifi zones.
By configuring a Wifi, you enable your employees to access internal network resources. You can also provide guests with wireless Internet access using the same access point. This leaves the integrity of your internal network untouched.
