The Sophos APX 320 access point with 2x2:2 MU-MIMO can be used flexibly in low or medium density environments - with different end devices, from smartphones to laptops. The access point is capable of broadcasting a 5GHz Wifi over both radios. The device has internal antennas. Two dual-band antennas for 2.4GHz or 5GHz and two 5GHz antennas. Another antenna provides support for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

Thanks to the Wave 2 standard, the access point is twice as fast as the Sophos AP55 with up to 1.7 gigabits per second.
Power can be supplied either via a power supply unit or via PoE (Power over Ethernet). The device requires up to 11.5 watts of power.

You can conveniently manage the devices via Sophos Central Wireless. Since November 2018, you can also manage the new access points via the Sophox XG series firewalls. Support for the SG series has been available since UTM 9.7, which was released at the end of September 2019.
