cnMatrix switches simplify network deployment and operation. When deployed with cnPilot WLAN access points and the cnMaestro management system, network operators have an affordable, feature rich, high quality unified wired/ wireless enterprise grade network. Cambium Networks’ cnMatrix enhances performance, security and end user satisfaction while reducing costs.
Cambium Care is Cambium's product line for technical support, software support and hardware services. Cambium Care consists of three distinct technical and hardware support offerings: Cambium Care Pro, Cambium Care Advanced and Cambium Care Prime. In addition, two standalone hardware support programs are also offered: Extended Warranty and All Risks Advanced Replacement. These offerings provide flexible options to fit the customer's business operations and internal technical expertise.
Hardware Support
Cambium offers industry-leading standard warranty coverage for its product families & extended warranty for select product families to extend warranty coverage. In addition, Cambium offers All Risks Advance Replacement for many products for rapid advance replacement for most types of hardware failures, even weather damage.
Software Support
The support team works closely with the Cambium product team to ensure rapid diagnosis and repair of software issues. The product teams regularly deliver software updates with new features and the latest bug fixes to extend the life of your investment in Cambium products.
