Ruckus H320 Access Point
The H320 combines an 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi access point and a wired switch in one wall-mounted device. Designed specifically for single room deployment, the H320 is compact, unobtrusive, secure and easy to mount to an electrical junction box. The downward-facing Ethernet ports eliminate unsightly cabling and allow any furniture to be placed.
The End User WatchDog Support Per SmartZone/ virtual SmartZone AccessPoint licence gives you the option of licensing and supporting the access points connected to your controller. This licence includes first-class technical support from Ruckus around the clock, 365 days a year. It also includes important software updates and upgrades specifically for your access points.
Please note that this licence is only valid for the connected access points. A separate licence must be purchased for support of the controller itself. It is recommended to purchase licences with a similar duration to simplify administration during renewals and ensure smooth operation.
With this licence, you can ensure that your access points are always up to date and that you have reliable technical support at hand to solve potential problems quickly and efficiently. It provides comprehensive support for your wireless infrastructure and enables you to maximise the performance of your network components.

Wi-Fi is an important facility as users bring more and more devices into hotel rooms, meeting rooms and classrooms. However, providing excellent Wi-Fi performance in every room is costly.
The H320 combines an 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi access point and a wired switch in one wall-mounted device. Designed specifically for single room deployments, the H320 is compact, unobtrusive, secure and easy to mount to an electrical junction box. The downward-facing Ethernet ports eliminate unsightly cabling and allow any furniture to be placed.
Supports easily converged wired and wireless services with one device, including VoIP, IPTV, high-speed Internet access and in-room Wi-Fi device connectivity.
This 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi AP and switch incorporates patented technologies found only in the Ruckus Wi-Fi portfolio.
- Expanded coverage with patented BeamFlex+ with multi-directional antenna patterns
- Improved throughput with ChannelFly, which dynamically finds less congested Wi-Fi channels
The H320 supports Multi-User MIMO (MU-MIMO), which increases network throughput by transmitting to multiple clients simultaneously.
Supports per-room wired IP devices from TVs to phones with 2 built-in Ethernet ports. Plus, administrators can use the built-in visual troubleshooting tools in Ruckus Wi-Fi controllers to speed up problem ticket resolution.
Whether organisations deploy tens or tens of thousands of APs, the H320 can be deployed as a standalone AP or centrally managed via SmartZone or ZoneDirector management platforms.
Your benefits:
- SINGLE ALL-IN-ONE
Provides superior Wi-Fi and simultaneous wired IP connectivity in the room with 802.11ac Wave 2 speeds and an integrated 2-port switch. - ATEMPERATIVE PERFORMANCE
Expands coverage with patented BeamFlex+™ adaptive antenna technology while mitigating interference through the use of multi-directional antenna patterns. - MORE MANAGEMENT OPTIONS
Manage the H320 via the cloud or with on-site physical/virtual devices. - AUTOMATE THE OPTIMUM THROUGHPUT
ChannelFly's dynamic channel technology uses machine learning to automatically find the least congested channels. You always get the highest throughput the band can support. - CONNECT MORE DEVICES
Connect more devices simultaneously with two MU-MIMO spatial streams and simultaneous dual-band 2.4/5GHz radios while improving the performance of non-Wave 2 devices. - SUPPORT MORE SERVICES
Multiple SSIDs and switch ports support services such as VoIP, IPTV and high-speed Internet access, as well as connectivity of devices in the room. - Keep your SWITCH AND CABLES
Designed to operate on existing PoE switches and CAT 5e cabling to minimise costs. - MORE THAN WI-FI
Support services beyond Wi-Fi with Cloudpath security and onboarding software, the SPoT Wi-Fi location engine and SCI network analytics.
