Achieve confidentiality quickly and easily
With central email signature and email encryption on the NoSpamProxy® Encryption Gateway, you can communicate with partners in a particularly secure and simple manner. Since keys and certificates are managed only on the gateway and not on the clients, users no longer have to deal with electronic keys - and the private keys are optimally protected against attacks. The security rules in terms of corporate governance are automatically implemented centrally. Of course, received messages are already decrypted at the gateway and are available to the user as usual for further processing. This enables access via TLS-encrypted connections with smartphones and tablets, as well as the archiving of e-mails in unencrypted form.
Email encryption and certificates
Secure email encryption requires certificates that can be used for the S/MIME procedure according to the X.509 standard or with a PGP key. NoSpamProxy Encryption centralizes and automates the management and acquisition of these certificates. IT administrators benefit from a variety of helpful management features.
S/MIME signature and encryption
S/MIME is the recommended and internationally agreed standard for electronic signature and encryption of e-mails. This is an asymmetric encryption method with public and private keys. To use S/MIME, the sender and recipient must have a certificate. NoSpamProxy offers the full support of the latest encryption methods published in the standard. Older methods are also supported to maintain compatibility.
PGP Mail: Pretty Good Privacy
Of course, the encryption module can also be used to generate, import and manage PGP keys. With the support of PGP encryption, NoSpamProxy Encryption offers another way to conveniently exchange encrypted data and messages.
PDF mail: send securely even without a certificate or key
For the frequent case that recipients do not have a PGP key or a personal certificate, NoSpamProxy Encryption with the PDF mail function offers an additional way for the secure sending of e-mails and documents, which does not place any demands on the recipient. NoSpamProxy Encryption automatically converts the email with all attachments into a password-protected PDF document. The password is automatically sent to the recipient via SMS. Alternatively, the recipient can assign their own password by logging into the NoSpamProxy web portal. To open the document, he only needs a PDF reader.
