The Cambium Switches listed here have reached End-of-Sale status and are no longer available as new devices. However, many models remain in operation and can continue to be used with existing licenses, firmware updates, and support services.
For new projects, we recommend the latest cnMatrix Switches offering improved performance, enhanced features, and centralized cloud management. We are happy to assist you with subscription renewals and the migration to the appropriate successor series.
Cambium Care is Cambium's product line for technical support, software support and hardware services. Cambium Care consists of three distinct technical and hardware support offerings: Cambium Care Pro, Cambium Care Advanced and Cambium Care Prime. In addition, two standalone hardware support programs are also offered: Extended Warranty and All Risks Advanced Replacement. These offerings provide flexible options to fit the customer's business operations and internal technical expertise.
Hardware Support
Cambium offers industry-leading standard warranty coverage for its product families & extended warranty for select product families to extend warranty coverage. In addition, Cambium offers All Risks Advance Replacement for many products for rapid advance replacement for most types of hardware failures, even weather damage.
Software Support
The support team works closely with the Cambium product team to ensure rapid diagnosis and repair of software issues. The product teams regularly deliver software updates with new features and the latest bug fixes to extend the life of your investment in Cambium products.
