- New licenses - license term starts when Sophos completes the order! This applies to subscription licenses in the Central area. This change does not apply to hardware products.
- Non-activated licenses - the subscription term start date will automatically be reset to the date when the order processing was completed by Sophos.
- Hardware products - hardware warranty term starts when Sophos completes the order processing! Subscription licenses are not affected.
Please note that this is an end-of-sale product. We strongly advise you to switch to a product from the Sophos XGS series. If you already own a Sophos XG, you can continue to renew your licenses using the XGS licensing model.
With Sophos XG and XGS Enhanced Support, you get a warranty for the life of the support package, as well as advance replacement. The included Sophos vendor support and firmware updates round out the package.
