Gateway Anti-Malware, Intrusion Prevention (IPS) & Application Control

These foundational services analyze all traffic in real time. Malware, spyware, worms, trojans, and exploits are detected and blocked immediately. The Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) additionally protects against attacks on known vulnerabilities. With Application Control, you can also specifically control or block applications and protocols (e.g., social media, streaming, peer-to-peer) — for more bandwidth and security on the corporate network.

DNS Security

The DNS Filtering Service adds another layer of protection to the web filter. Domains are checked during the DNS query to determine whether they are malicious or compromised. This blocks access to botnet controllers, phishing sites, or malware sources before any connection is established.

Comprehensive Anti-Spam Service (CASS)

With the optional Anti-Spam Service, you protect your email communications. CASS filters spam, phishing attempts, and dangerous email attachments before they reach your employees’ inboxes. This not only reduces the risk of targeted attacks, but also relieves your mail servers.
