The WebAdmin has a number of buttons and icons with stored functions, the use of which is described here.

Buttons	Meaning
	Displays a dialogue box with detailed information about the object.
	Opens a dialogue box in which the properties of the object can be edited.
	Deletes the object. A warning is given if an object is still in use somewhere else. Not all objects can be deleted if they are in use.
	Opens a dialogue box to create an object with identical settings/properties. Clone is used to create similar objects without having to re-enter all identical settings.

Symbols with function	Meaning
	Info: Displays all configurations in which the object is used.
	Details: Links to another WebAdmin page with further information on this topic.
	Alarm: Shows problems with an object that could lead to a malfunction.
	Slider: Activates or deactivates a function. It shows green when the function is active, grey when the function is deactivated and yellow when configuration is needed before the function can be activated.
	Folder: This icon has two functions: (1) Opens an object bar (see section below) on the left from which you can select suitable objects. (2) Opens a dialogue window to upload a file.
	Plus: Opens a dialogue box to add a new object of the required type.
	Action: Opens a selection list with actions. The actions depend on where the icon is located: (1) Icon in list header: The actions, e.g. activate, deactivate or delete apply to the selected list objects. (2) Symbol in text field: With the actions Import and Export you can import or export text and with Clear you can delete the entire content. There is also a filter field with which you can reduce a list to the relevant elements. Note that the filter is case sensitive.
	Empty: Removes an object from the current configuration if it is in front of the object. Removes all objects from a field if it is in the Actions menu. However, objects are never deleted.
	Import: Opens a dialogue box to import text with more than one entry or more than one line. This function makes it easy to add several entries at once without having to enter them individually, e.g. a long negative list (blacklist) to the URL negative list. To do this, copy the text from any source file and paste it using `Ctrl+V`.
	Export: Opens a dialogue window to export all existing entries. You can select either newline, colon or comma as the separator to separate entries from each other. To export entries as text, select all the text in the Exported Text field and press `Ctrl+C` to copy it. You can then paste it into any common application, such as a text editor, using `Ctrl+V`.
	Sort: Use these two arrows to sort list items by moving an item up or down in the list.
	Forward/Backward: Using these two arrows, you can navigate through the pages of a long list or navigate back and forth along a change and setting history, depending on your position.
	PDF: Saves the current view of the data in a PDF file and then opens a dialogue box to download the generated file.
	CSV: Saves the current view of the data in a CSV file (comma-separated values) and then opens a dialogue box to download the generated file.
